Nelley Consulting delivers consulting services targeted at the SMB (Small & Medium Business) market. Our foundational core is based on a simplified project/organizational management methodology developed by founder Chad Nelley known as IPEM - Identify | Plan | Execute | Measure. At Nelley Consulting we believe that the proof is in the pudding and that by taking the IPEM approach to both simple and complex business challenges any hurdle can be overcome. We seek out the most challenging and complex business projects/problems and attempt to simplify them by applying this process and then showing business owners and executives how to integrate and execute by applying principles of Kaizen. And then we roll up our sleeves and do the hard work with them.
