Focusing on residential and recreational properties, our project experience encompasses planning, design and coordination for new building startups, renovations and restorations. With the premise of client-directed design, we assess the opportunities and constraints presented by each project site to provide solutions that address programmatic, financial, municipal and engineering requirements. Throughout our design process, clients are visually engaged with the development of a building information model (BIM); the foundation of our 2D drawing packages which are submitted for pricing, permits and construction. These models are valuable pre-visualization tools that assist us in the development of the project and also offer us the opportunity to use them for presentations, quantity take-offs or marketing components.
