NEMRA Properties (Pvt) Ltd. is a new property development and construction firm situated in Colombo. Although we have only recently begun our services as a privately held, BOI-approved firm in Sri Lanka, we have had 15 years of fruitful experience in the industry in Saudi Arabia. The business focuses mainly on design and construction, managing construction projects and developing residential and commercial real estates. During its 15 years of experience, NEMRA gradually achieved a reputation of excelling at designing and building a variety of buildings, including residential and commercial buildings, warehouses, manufacturing factories and hypermarkets, all around the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
