Neo Fund

The NEO Fund is a non-profit CDFI located in Ashtabula, Ohio NEO Fund provides financing and business coaching to individuals who have existing small businesses, who are looking to transition, or who are interested in opening their own small business within Ashtabula County. Our focus is to create an inclusive environment for entrepreneurs where they are empowered to reach their financial goals while being instilled with an altruistic attitude, which further fuels growth in the community surrounding them. We freely offer resources to those who demonstrate a strong work ethic, the ability and willingness to be coached, and have an earnest respect for starting and maintaining a business based on a well thought out business plan.
