Neo San has built the world’s first decentralised incinerator that processes reject-waste: sanitary, biomedical, industrial, and hazardous—right where it is generated. Our globally patented, fully electric technology produces ~98% lower emissions than conventional waste systems, while eliminating transport, storage, and open burning. Reject waste is one of India’s most ignored problems. It cannot be recycled, so it is pushed to landfills, dumped, or burned, quietly harming public health, air quality, and city budgets every single day. As waste volumes grow, this problem only gets worse. We believe waste should be dealt with locally, safely, and transparently.
