At NeoTargets, we utilize our AI-powered proprietary in silico tool to identify selective and highly druggable cancer targets and use our oncotarget discovery platform to generate optimal drug targets with proven potency and safety. Our approach de-risks drug development and shortening timelines, reducing costs, and significantly increasing success rates, leading to faster time to market, greater market share, and extended patent protection. We have identified various cancer-specific targets with optimal characteristics across 140 cancer subtypes using our proprietary tools. These targets are validated in translational cell models to eliminate harmful candidates early and are further tested in well characterized patient samples, cancer-driving cells, and animal models. This rigorous process delivers curative potential targets for effective, targeted treatments. NeoTargets has an in-house pipeline of early-stage drug development projects for multiple myeloma and glioblastoma. Additionally, we are collaborating with Sprint Bioscience to develop a treatment for acute myeloid leukemia.
