NEOTRADE was established in 2003 and has organized over 100 job fairs, seminars, a job congress, Education and Training expo, and retail events/bazaars within Metro Manila, over a span of 10 years and has published the College Job Post, a jobs newsletter for college and university students. It is also the pioneer in organizing BPO job fairs in the Philippines. It has launched its new arm dedicated to training and development, The Sunrise Neoventures Training Services in 2020 and this houses the Neotrade Innovative Learning Center.
