Gig Economy refers to the 150M employees in the US that work as independent contractors. In a recent study Gartner found 63% of senior executives find talent shortage to be a key concern. The average turnover rate of the New York agency is 40% annually and the average age of agencies in the US is 28. We have seen first hand how frustrating it is for both agency and clients to have to train new team members every few months and often those roles go unfilled for a quarter at a time or longer. We thought there has to be a better way to give clients and agencies stable, experienced support.
