Nestr is a matchmaking and analytics platform for home renovation. It is a hot favourite despite being the new kid on the block, and has been featured by the press and Apple app store as a "must have app for home renovation". We help homeowners find their dream home designs, and recommends Interior Designers who truly understand customer needs and budget. This is made possible with our dataset that is built on users' interaction and behavior. We believe a transparent and mutual understanding can bridge the trust gap which is prevalent in the industry today - and in turn deliver more successful projects and happy homeowners. Nestr is available on mobile today (web coming soon), and it works like Tinder but for home renovation. Homeowners simply swipe through a wide library of home designs, and give a thumbs up for those they like. A filter system is also in-place for homeowners who already have a clear direction in mind. Based on the designs homeowners like, Nestr recommends designers based on the customers' in-app digital footprints. The more relevant the designer is, the higher this designer is listed up. This way, homeowners have a clear visibility on which designers have the most relevant experienced in delivering the designs they like, within budget. Homeowners then selects the designers which they are interested to engage further, and receive free renovation quotations from them. Our partnering designers are also provided with customer insights to better understand their potential customers’ design preferences and needs. These insights help our partner designers understand their customers even before their first meeting with them, which translates into more effective engagement and trust being built – eventually improving sales conversion rates.
