Net Zero Enterprises is today a fully vertically integrated asset developer including models for risk mitigation and value maximization for asset developments and investments, project origination, Project Financing to Asset Development including proprietary technologies and solutions.We combine multiple technologies to achieve a “Net Zero" footprint while developing highly profitable projects with multiple revenue streams. Our main focus areas are waste to value/energy, water treatment and conservation, energy & fuel, indoor organic food farming, and land development. We currently have a global and multi billion USD pipeline of shovel ready projects. Net Zero Enterprises dates back to 1982 within the Real Estate/Land Development arena. The company then later expanded its asset base to Power Plants, Waste to Value/Energy, Water Treatment Projects, and Commercial Real Estate. We then further expanded our Project Financing capabilities by adding an underwriting/risk mitigation arm for capital intensive projects to leverage our experiences and enter into strategic JV’s with sustainable asset developers.
