Netcare International’s results are a labor of love, and a conviction that we can, through concerted effort, change the market and bring our vision in improving how people work. Our solution, “The Elephant”, takes its name from the analogy of the elephant in the room, an issue or problem that is present but no one will acknowledge it or do anything to deal with it. This particular problem is the forthcoming decommissioning of the front end to the SAP Document Management System (DMS) and the lack of effort being made to find a suitable and efficient replacement.
