Nethergill Farm in the Yorkshire Dales is a nature lovers' dream. Aptly built by Charles Darwin's cousin in 1871, the 400 acres of woodland, meadows, moors and rivers are home to a myriad of birds, fish, insects, and mammals, including red squirrels and otters.⁣⁣ ⁣ Powered by solar panels and Bertha the biomass boiler our luxury barn conversions provide the perfect accommodation alongside wellies and wild camping.⁣⁣ All our land, including the Yorkshire Dales Way, has public access. It is YOURS to explore. Just, you know, don't be a dick.⁣⁣ We engage with community groups to enable access for everyone because we believe a broad horizon broadens your horizons!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ We take a 'rewilding' approach to farming with very free-range chickens and a small herd of belted galloways to enhance biodiversity.
