Netherne Management Limited

Netherne Management Limited (NML) is a Private Company Limited by Guarantee without Share Capital. Its primary object is the management of the property belonging to NML at Netherne -on-the-Hill. The property comprises extensive areas of land, a leisure centre, a village hall and a community bus. Built on the site of a former NHS hospital, Netherne-on-the-Hill comprises about 580 housing units – owners of the new build houses and conversions are members of NML and pay a service charge to maintain the property. Directors employ a managing agent to undertake the routine property management. Owners of some houses and apartments are also members of a Local Management Company responsible for the upkeep of specific common parts. NML maintains a close liaison with the Residents Association – NOTHRA.
