It’s my pleasure to introduce Netsquare Solutions Limited, we were formally known as Netsquare Solutions, we began operation in March of 2008 operating in the Training, Information Technology, and Business Process Outsourcing industry, the Company is led by Mr. Hugh Fagan who has 15 years’ experience in the industry in all aspects of the Company’s endeavor. Netsquare Solutions Limited has concluded through extensive research that the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Industry will only get better and Jamaica as a near-shore island with a stable democracy is poised to reap the benefits. While there have been significant gains with over seats at the moment, we see the potential to get up to seats within the next 5 years. Netsquare Solutions Limited operates as a Contact Center Management and Consultancy company with primary focus on Business Development and Training and Information Technology, we consult with prospective Clients on both right size and right fit for their organization. Talent acquisition from the consultant level to upper management level is critical to any business success. We decided to change our business model and focus advising to managing the contact center which gives a more hands approach to Clients while allowing them to lead their business and focus on what truly matter to them.
