NetToHotel Srl, founded in 2002 by Barbara Aguzzoli and Gianfranco Chiaretta, is an Italian company specialized in providing technology solutions for the hospitality industry. With over 20 years of experience, we support clients worldwide by offering services such as GDS distribution, RFP & Consortia consulting and management, Booking Engine, and Channel Manager. As a Global Partner of Sabre Hospitality, we provide our clients with the SynXis technology suite, supporting all types of properties, from independent hotels to large hotel groups. Our philosophy is “staying human”: in an increasingly digital world, we value direct and collaborative relationships with hoteliers, working side by side to increase bookings and optimize revenue. Our Customer Care team is based in Italy and speaks five languages, assisting both national and international clients with no ticketing system, only direct support via phone and email.
