NETWORK GROUP HOLDINGS PLC ("Network","the Group","Network Group" or "the Company") is a diversified recruitment and outsourcing business which operates in many areas of the UK economy. It comprises 24 operating subsidiaries, which demerged from Pertemps Group Limited in January 2004. NETWORK GROUP's specialist recruitment business involves the placement of candidates into permanent and/or temporary/contract positions of employment. In addition to the specialist recruitment businesses, NETWORK GROUP also includes ESOS. ESOS provides support services to NETWORK’s operating subsidiaries, parts of the Pertemps Group as well as to a number of third party organisations.
