Since 1987 independently owned Network Research has helped many of the UK's best known companies improve their customers’ experiences. Our experience with our roster of successful and long standing clients has given us a view on all elements of customer experience from the market offering to brand and communications, NPD to satisfaction and loyalty. Every research programme is custom designed and bespoke to meet clients’ needs. We’ll draw upon all the relevant in-house skills including qualitative and quantitative experts, four call centres (with 170+ CATI stations), online software, reporting portals and customer feedback systems. The company has 50+ head office staff based in London and offices in three locations: London, Bristol and Edinburgh.
