Hello I’m Paddy Moran, My passion is people development. I specialise in team development, leadership development and student development. As a qualified Neuro Coach, I take coaching a step further and we work a much higher level to get you the return on investment that you require. My neuroscience based approach to people development, organisational development and leadership development gets you the lasting results you require for success. We get these results faster by understanding how to use our brains and in turn we reach our Peak Mental Performance sooner, when we do this we unleash our teams and our students true potential. Wellbeing in workplace is also very important to me. I believe everyone can be and should be happy in their roles. Using Positive Psychology Coaching (Science of Happiness) and Neuro Coaching we work on creating teams that move from surviving to thriving, teams who understand what happiness in the workplace is, teams that are more productive, teams who love what they do and in turn teams who will go the extra mile for you and your customers. Looking after our teams wellbeing & mental health is a very important part of leading a successful team and a successful company. I believe that happy teams equal happy customers and happy customers equals more profit.
