The goal here is to build Strong Supportive Community through shared experiences in a Fun, Inspirational and Growth focused environment where Neuro Wellness or brain health is at the forefront. With leading research showing how connected the brain and body are, we focus on connection through Holisitic Neuro Wellness modalities for resilience. The Neuro Wellness Community network brings together education and interactions through panels with leading experts where you can ask questions and learn more about brain health, healing and resilience, real and raw stories as always on the Resilience Resourcing podcast and day retreats that include group therapy experientials, soul collage sessions, dance, cross fit and yoga classes, healthy meals, inspirational keynote speakers and motivational educators, music and more.
