The heart of the company is the Yogi Ashokananda School, Academy of Yoga & Meditation. Yoga & meditation courses are the core of the Yogi Ashokananda School, certifying teachers in the disciplines of yoga, meditation & mindfulness developed by Yogi Ashokananda, Yoga & Meditation Master and Neuroprana Founder. The Yogi Ashokananda School's classes, courses and workshops are offered on a individual, group and corporate basis. Ayurvedic Services - We offer the services of our India based Ayurvedic & Naturopathic Centre, a serene sanctuary providing a natural and holistic approach to health care, nutrition and physical / mental development. Ayurvedic treatment programs including consultation, individualised treatments, yoga & meditation, accommodations, meals and other support services as prescribed. The Panchakarma treatment program is one of our most popular ayurvedic treatments, a traditional Ayurvedic cleanse program over 10-28 days. Panchakarma naturally cleanses, balances and tones all doshas (mind & body types). Body, mind and spirit emerge deeply rejuvenated. A personal consultation starts the process. Complete rest, including a tech detox and avoidance of all physical and mental stimulation. Yoga, Meditation & Mindfulness Activities & Events We host and organise wellness, yoga, meditation and mindfulness events globally, featuring retreats, corporate wellness days, courses, classes and workshops. Events are held across Europe & Asia and we host events in our India & Croatia locations. Products - We are consistently exploring products and product lifecycles to complement the company's ethos and standards. We identify and develop partnerships with the artisan workers to design and produce the products we offer. Products in the Neuroprana family include: Yoga & Meditation props, Copper Water Bottles and Ayurvedic Products.
