Established in 1991 by neurosurgeon, Thomas A. Lyons, M.D, FACS, we are a multi-specialty practice focused on comprehensive diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of the nervous system (brain, spine, and spinal cord). As the regional referral center of excellence, we provide highly trained and well-respected specialists in neurology and neurosurgery, orthopedic spine surgery, physical medicine & rehabilitation, and physical and occupational therapy.
