New Avenue Inc

New Avenue designs and builds ADUs & compounds with a technology-driven, transparent, and client-focused process. We are on a mission to create a new housing market where everyone can find their place and live a more enriching life. We have a vision for where all communities are full of radically diverse and inclusive homes that are built to provide the home, income, and sense of community we need. New Avenue is growing with new partners and projects, and has been featured in the San Francisco Chronicle, The Atlantic, Sunset Magazine, and The Wall Street Journal.
