New Dimensions Inc. manages over 250 residential single and multi family units throughout the Reno / Sparks Metro Area. We have a full time, in house repairman who has been with us for ten years and he is billed out at $40.00 per hour. Three administrative staff level employees keep track of rents, paying bills, reconciling accounts and scheduling the multitude of activities that are inherent to the business. New Dimensions Inc, owned by Robert Hall, has been in the Real Estate business for over 30 years. Mr. Hall has a no nonsense approach to Real Estate and the Property Management business.
