New Directions provides quality life-changing treatment to substance abusing adolescents, young adults, and their families dealing with emotional, behavioral, or psychiatric needs. We have a continuum of services, from outpatient counseling to residential treatment, that are available at our primary eastside of Cleveland location. Twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. New Directions is committed to an individualized, family-based recovery process. We believe in our treatment advantage of having a small therapist-to-client ratio. One of New Directions’ core values is to get our clients back on track with their education, so they are able to re-enter their classrooms, schools – and community – during their early endeavors of recovery. Individuals continue their academics all the while participating in their personal treatment plans.\
