New Distributing Co., Inc

Founded in 1959 by Joe New, New Distributing began as a small CONOCO Distributor and grew to add the Phillips 66 brand in 1990 and therafter added the brands of Shell and Valero to its’ portfolio. With a proud history of operations over the past 56 years by three generations of the New family; New Distributing continues to provide quality products and services to its’ growing number of customers. The company operates one bulk plant and nine convenience stores; employing 145 people that proudly serve 50 retail convenience stores along with commercial, marine, and farm customers. The nine company operated locations serve the greater Victoria area under the names “Fastop Food Stores” and ‘Cimarron’. As a valued business partner in the Victoria, Texas area, New Distributing participates in a number of charitable events and civic organizations.
