We want to make a difference for NDIS Participants and their families. That’s why we’re here. New Growth Care Group was created to change things, to fill the gaps, to put the “care” back into helping NDIS participants reach their goals and to grow. We want to go the extra mile for them, and their families and carers. We believe in putting our participants at the centre of their journey. We are dedicated to creating an inclusive and supportive environment where their voice is heard and preferences are honoured. We’re here for the family and carers too, so they can support their children and family members well. We’re embarking on a fulfilling and transformative experience tailored to the unique desires of our clients, together. We support participants and families with: Support and guidance to get the most out of the NDIS from the start including connecting them with the right Allied Health Practitioners and helping them prepare for their first planning meeting. Daily Disability Support including coordinating their supports, daily support or specialist support. Support Workers to help participants and their Carers including personal care, domestic support and more. Supplying respite for Carers, and short-term accommodation. Small, personalised social groups and outings to help participants to have fun, adventure, focus on building individual skills and abilities, and to make lasting friendships.
