Hi, Im Ann Mason, a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Neuro- Linguistic Programmer, I love my job! I am passionate and committed to helping my clients make positive changes in their lives, it is extremely exciting and rewarding. My nursing background brings an underpinning knowledge of medical conditions and expertise in emotionally supporting those who have been affected by trauma and illness. I have extensive experience as a group facilitator having worked as a professional trainer in Health and Social Care for several years. Having spent over thirty years as a health Care professional I certainly understand first hand stress in the workplace. I have also experienced bereavement, divorce and anxiety so fully appreciate personally many of life’s difficulties. I also know from personal experience just how much Hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT and Life Coaching can help to enable individuals to recognize their full potential
