New Mindset

New Mindset is a counselling & psychology practice providing a new approach to all things mental health & wellness! Through one-on-one sessions or group workshops, clients will see a positive shift in their experiences with anxiety, depression, or lack of self-confidence. The dynamic duo of Jacob & Georgia New looks to help those children, youth and adolescents who are experiencing challenges with their mental wellness. We are here as compassionate counsellors (and future psychologists) to work through challenges so you know you are not alone! We are all human beings navigating this thing we call life, making a variety of decisions that we believe are best at the time! We humans don’t get a ‘human manual’, ‘greatest chance at life guide’ or list of instructions to follow - we are making it all up as we go! The key, however, to living life on your terms (not that of your anxiety, depression or lack of self-confidence) is to be a little more compassionate, self-aware and mindful of your emotions. Through our services, we can facilitate this shift in your mindset and ensure you have the tools and techniques to turn your ‘weakness’ into a superpower and start to live life on your terms!
