New Orleans Goodguides Mentoring Program
Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Louisiana, Inc.(Goodwill) is looking for a few good men and women to mentor at-risk youth between the ages of 12 and 17 in the Greater New Orleans area. Goodwill GoodGuides™ is expected to serve 100 at-risk boys and girls to help them build career plans and skills, and prepare for school completion, post-secondary training and productive work by providing structured and supportive relationships with trusted adult mentors. It targets youth who are at-risk for dropping out of school, facing legal troubles, or are at risk for delinquency due to issues such as abuse, disability, drug or alcohol dependence, or gang membership.
