NEW ROAD professional staff has the experience and capability to provide Clerk-of-the-Works, Construction Management, Project Management or Program Management-level involvement. We serve as the owner’s representative and liaison between the design team, contractors, engineers, government agencies and owners. NEW ROAD manages all phases of the construction process from budgeting and planning, through design and management of construction.
