New Shoe Day

New Shoe Day is Indiana’s Shoe Bank. We exist to end shoe insecurity so every child can move, play, and thrive. Across the state, too many kids arrive with shoes that are worn out, do not fit, or are missing altogether. This barrier, which we call shoe insecurity, impacts confidence, health, and opportunity. We provide brand new, name brand shoes to young people who need them most. Through Shoe Drops and our network of Shoe Banks, kids can get shoes immediately and without stigma. These simple moments of access restore dignity and open the door for confidence, movement, and connection. Our vision is clear. Every child in Indiana should have access to new shoes, without barriers and without delay. We are not just handing out shoes.
