We provide career services such as career coaching, advice on job search strategy, Cover Letter, CV or Resume, Linked in profile review and upgrade to match Australian recruiters' requirements etc that job seekers get calls for interview. We also provide training candidates to deliver effective interviews responses (such as in STAR method) and conduct mock interviews perfecting responses to common interview questions. We all have many skills. Often we write all those up in in CV or Resume that do nothing but confuse the recruiters! With my focused career coaching, the candidates are able to re-discover themselves and prepare a focused CV/Resume for the job they are most enthusiastic for. Job search is not just as easy as going to seek.com and done! There are jobs posted in organizations' own site, linked in etc. There are jobs that get filled even before advertisement. I explain the whole dynamics of the job market to my clients, only success to follow! I have seen many CVs/Resumes from professional candidates that I couldn't recommend for consideration to a friend or a professional acquaintance (job agent) due to substandard content. I have proven success in guiding candidates to prepare superior CV/Resume. Getting calls to interviews is the first half.
