New Water Resources

Linda Macpherson founded New Water ReSources as a vehicle for changing people’s thinking and behavior about water—especially water use and reuse. The firm is a consortium of specialty consulting companies that collaborate in assisting governments, utilities, service districts, and professional associations around the world as they communicate to stakeholders about sustainable water planning, management, and reuse. New Water ReSources assembles project teams based on particular client needs, bringing together experts in water treatment, communication, stakeholder outreach, exhibit design, computer technology, and social media. NWR then guides these experts in the development and implementation of strategic, multidisciplinary communication tools. Final products include everything from simple trifold brochures to state-of-the-art visitor centers, with interactive exhibits, games, and websites. As needed, teams also research public understanding and acceptance of water reuse. All New Water ReSources member firms are singularly focused on building a sustainable global water future through vision, collaboration, and outreach.
