President Chris Fritz founded the company in 1981 after 20 years of involvement with successful projects worldwide ranging from concert promotions to monster truck shows to lacrosse. Our mission at New West is to deliver the best music experience to the fans without breaking the bank. We believe that our artists don’t play for us, they play for you. CAPITOL FEDERAL PARK AT SANDSTONE New West currently manages and operates Cap Fed Park @ Sandstone, a capacity venue in Bonner Springs, KS. Since taking over in 2008, New West has renovated and revitalized the venue."Our vision for Sandstone Amphitheater was to create a space that offers 'Green' opportunities," notes President Chris Fritz,"that would dramatically improve the walkways, seating, stages, VIP and concession areas to meet the social conscious awareness and philosophy of the world today to enhance the overall concert experience." The renovation included a revolutionary “Front-Row Access for All” seating setup unheard of in amphitheaters. Top-priced seats were eliminated and replaced with an open general admission floor that allows fans premium access with any ticket.
