New World Friction manufactures private label passenger car, light, medium, and heavy-duty truck brake pads for several major auto parts retailers and distributors in North America. Wholly owned and operated in North America (Cambridge, Ontario, 40 minutes west of Toronto), New World’s square-foot facility consistently receives highest marks from its supply partners for quality, reliability, and service levels. To support our customers, the New World management team has pride of service with decades of friction manufacturing experience. New World maintains long-term relationships with United States and Canadian raw material suppliers to ensure consistency and quality as well as assuring supply chain continuity. As part of its ongoing improvement process, New World routinely tests its formulations in third-party OE (Original Equipment) approved labs using SAE International (Society of Automotive Engineers) OE baseline protocols. Additionally, New World Friction can test against a variety of protocols upon request.
