We are a consulting firm with straightforward aims and distinct way of working. Our aims are: 1) to help management teams make the right directional decisions, and 2) to maximise the odds of getting there successfully. With over 200 years of combined senior management experience, we have crystallised the characteristics that separate successful strategic developments from unsuccessful ones. Five primary characteristics shine through these experiences and while most management teams are trying to deal with them in some way, they are often materially under-developed (please see our website for more information). We work with a 'senior-only' model. This allows our clients to benefit from the skills and intellectual capital of our experienced consultants, without the cost of a large number of junior staff. Instead, we help management teams to use and develop their own people. This 'catalyst' model helps management teams to underpin their strategic success in an economical and fast-moving way.
