Suzhou Neway Machine Tool Research Institute is gathered with 140 engineers specialized on design, research and development of CNC machine tools at present. Among them, there are 26 senior engineers, 68 engineers, 8 graduate students with master’s degree and 30 graduates recruited in 2009. The Research Institute plans to expand its research and development (R&D) team to 300 people in the following five years and to become the largest high-end CNC machine tool R&D base in China.
