Our vision and values are centred on a message of hope, help and healing for the people of Africa. NewDay United is committed to releasing fullness of life in Africa. We hold a passion to see lives restored and communities transformed. Africa needs this hope. True to the spirit of “Ubuntu” (an ancient African word meaning ‘humanity to others’) where emphasis is placed on community together influencing for the benefit of the greater, NewDay United collaborates with organisations who are already touching and changing their world. We work with churches, businesses, community-based organisations and individuals. We are committed to championing the Champions, enabling them to make a difference and become change agents in their communities, their nation and beyond. This is already happening in an increasing way through: a) educational programmes to see young and old raised up as champions b) scholarships for those who are future leaders and pioneers c) the development of entrepreneurial skills through job readiness programmes d) afterschool club and academic support for children and youth.
