Newlands Estate is a Medical Consulting Room & Business centre in the heart of Bolton, located within distance of the local motorway network, train station & situated on a major bus & transport network. We are pleased to host 9 Consulting Rooms complete with serviced medical waste and state of the art medical beds. All rooms can be hired on a flexible hourly or daily rental option and include a fully serviced reception. The centre is open 7 days a week & we are pleased to offer a fully managed reception as part of the room rental, with chaperone cover available upon request. The building has undergone an extensive refurbishment, whilst maintaining the period nature of the building and incorporating modern features. The building is now privy to high speed Wifi and our receptionists are also pleased to be able to offer printing facilities should they be required. During your visit with us we have a range of refreshment facilities on site and arrangements can also be made to have your lunch delivered directly to your desk from our on-site restaurant. If you are looking for meeting rooms, training rooms or conference rooms, then look no further. Our building also hosts a Conference Room which can also be used to facilitate staff training days or team talks. Room rates for these days coincide with our flexible approach and once again all conference and meeting rooms come with an option of catering upon request.
