Established in Kampala, Uganda in 1995 as NORPLAN Uganda Limited, we rebranded in January 2009 and effected a change of name to Newplan Limited. The Company’s ownership structure is as follows: Employees - 10%, NORPLAN AS, Norway - 40% ands LOL Limited - 50% In 16 years of existence, the company has actively diversified its experience and undertaken over 200 assignments of varied size and complexity.
