We focus particularly on diagnostic and medical device companies with complex multinational supplier/customer relationships. Our Supplier Excellence Framework includes stakeholder interviews, gap analysis, prioritized performance improvement and measuring results. Current clients include a small research and technology company, preparing for downstream supply for a large government contract customer.
