KOTV brought television to Tulsa when it signed on the air in October of 1949. The driving force behind it was a woman in her twenties who became the first female television station general manager. That bold, pioneering spirit continues in the station to this day. From our roots in an old International Harvester dealership to now in the Griffin Media Center, we've called downtown Tulsa home. And, with a team including veteran anchors Craig Day, Lori Fullbright and LeAnne Taylor along with Sports Director John Holcomb and Chief Meteorologist Travis Meyer, News On 6 is dedicated to keeping Oklahomans safe, informed and entertained.
