The company was founded in November 2011. The vision of Newsystock is to make an easier and smarter investing environment for institutional and individual investors by providing powerful investment simulation tools and valuable information from our analysis system. Newsystock was acquired by DGB financial group in Aug 2021. It was the 1st case of an M&A deal that a legacy financial group acquires a fintech startup in Korea. Also, Newsystock is one of the Vice-Chair of the Korea Fintech Association, and was nominated as one of the Financial Times Highest Growth companies in APAC in 2022.
