Newzeal Teams

We've been using adventure and the inspiration of the New Zealand Wilderness to bring out the best in individuals and teams for over 25 years." We believe everyone deserves to be happy, healthy, connected and living their best life " We ‘Empower through adventure,’ meaning, we use the experience and concept of adventure as a metaphor for life. The insights, awareness and fresh perspectives it creates help folk become their best selves. It’s what drives us. We know epic growth happens when people step outside their comfort zones, leaning into challenge and embracing uncertainty and risk—whether that’s in the wild or in the way they think, communicate, and lead. Our experiences are designed to foster personal and professional growth through unique experiential and adventure-based activities and thought-provoking conversations. We specialise in blending these elements through our inspiring talks and workshops, immersive team retreats and breath taking corporate incentives. Whether it’s for 10 – people, in a conference room or on top of a mountain, each experience is carefully tailored and prepared to ensure we not only meet your specific needs, but make a lasting positive impact.
