Well, as you've learned by now, my name is Dylan J. Estes and I am the Branch Manager with the Gateway Branch of NEXA Mortgage, LLC. I have closed over 250 loans and with better than 50 million in volume. Needless to say, I have seen a lot, but every loan is a new file and has its own unique challenges. I love what I do because I'm a problem solver and my calling is helping people. After years of social work after college, when it came time to start my family, I realized I could not provide like I wanted to. So, I had to make the leap of faith to a new career, but it was important to remain an asset to my community. Enter mortgages and I found my passion and calling. Whether we are buying your 1st house, 5th investment property, cashing out to save you thousands a month, or to knock out that home improvement project - I'm your guy. I aim to custom tailor the best options for YOU! As I have grown and sharpened my craft, I had to bring on someone I knew would take the job seriously and align with my mission statement. Damain Johnson is my right hand man and I have known him for over a decade. He understands how important it is to make sure we get a 6-7 figure decision right for our clients with accountability, integrity, and respect throughout. As he studies for his MLO license, he will help me with my day to days and make sure you receive the exceptional customer care promised.
