Nexcyon is a closely held research-based pharmaceutical company that focuses on the discovery and acquisition of new technologies for the treatment of diseases in companion animals. Since its founding, Nexcyon has developed several medicines that have been approved around the globe and commercialized through distribution agreements with other pharmaceutical companies. Nexcyon seeks to in-license small molecules, biopharmaceuticals, vaccines, or diagnostics for development, enter into joint ventures or co-marketing arrangements, or acquire companies that manufacture, develop, or market companion animal medicines.
