NEXEL PARTNERS is a managment consulting firm that is supporting clients in the MENA region. We focus on delivering strategy, business & digital transformation, and family business governance design and implementations. On the family governance front we help our clients design and implement the family governance framework that allows all family members to interact with each other as owners and/or manament. This typically leads to the creation of the family office as a key enabler to the success of the framework. The continuity of our models highly depends on the second generation and that why we run specific training, coaching, and mentorship programs to further support the family succession process. NEXEL VENTURES is our investment subsidiary that we use to support the MENA startup ecosystem. We have already invested in two startups in the education and healthcare sectors ove the past year We know that business transformations come along with significant risks on the business and that why we dont mind using NXV as our vehicle to share such risks with our clients.
