Nexen is an IS consulting agency funded in 2018 by several experienced consultants, who share the belief that ensuring customer satisfaction as much as employees’ growth is the only sustainable business model. Our young and dynamic team of IS experts embodies our ambition and makes it its mission to catalyze enterprise IS transformations. We refine our role as accelerators by nurturing a generalist and multidisciplinary approach which addresses all IS-related key points. Thanks to those synergies between our combined fields of expertise, we provide support on a vast area of topics, to CTOs and CEOs. We double our concern for exhaustivity with an equal care for pragmatism and concision: the added value of our daily work directly depends on our capacity to understand and assimilate our clients’ contexts, and especially their companies’ strategy. And to safeguard our relevance, we include in this analysis the ROI of our own involvement. It keeps us flexible and true to our culture of service excellence. Because we are guided by this objective to induce a transformation, we are passionate about emerging topics; we always make time to reassess our opinions on these innovations, and to share our knowledge. Our challenging mindset does not hinder our empathy: enthusiastic communication, even backed with solid arguments, cannot be enough to create momentum. We take to heart to promote the road traveled as much, if not more, as the additional effort required. Only then we can generate a positive impulsion around us. We are not naive. Our business model is only as sustainable as our financial model supports it. Nexen is thus owned by its consultants who hold 80% of its shares.
