NexGen Pathways – Forging Futures NexGen Pathways is an Indigenous owned & led GTO, dedicated to forging futures for underrepresented and disadvantaged communities across Australia. We partner with Tier 1 & 2 companies as well as government agencies to provide apprenticeships & traineeships in industries such as Civil, Construction, Electrical, Rail, ICT, Logistics & Business Administration, creating real career pathways for individuals. Our mission since we started has not changed, and that is to empower individuals to break barriers to build positive outcomes & sustainable careers. We focus on providing opportunities for people from diverse backgrounds and underrepresented communities to thrive in high-demand industries.
