When we first started our careers we did not have a lot of support from our brokerage or association. We had to make it a priority to get the support on our own. This meant taking a lot of time to do our own research, ask a lot of questions, and figure things out through trial and error just to learn the basics of how to run a successful real estate business. While this time helped us learn a lot it also significantly lowered our success rate as we couldn't dedicate that time towards business generating activities. Unfortunately, this is a theme we hear way too often from Realtors across the country. We have also seen it first hand at our real estate brokerage. So many of our agents were essentially thrown into the deep end when they started with no life preserver to either sink or swim. This really frustrated us! So we decided to build something that is unlike anything else out there. Something that will truly impact a Realtor's business and give them all of the knowledge and tools they need to not only survive but thrive! Over the last few years at our brokerage, we built a mentorship program that is designed to provide brand new agents with everything we have learned, developed, and tested over a combined twenty-plus years of real estate experience. The results were incredible! Every agent in the program started producing before completing it and the agents who have completed the program average $1.43 MILLION in production in their first twelve months! This is more than DOUBLE the industry average! Seeing how much success our agents were having with the program, we felt that by not sharing the program with the world it would go against everything we believe in and what our mission is! So we took what we had already built for our brokerage and significantly enhanced it to include so much more while still keeping it in an easy-to-follow format. We built NEXT Bluprint to fill the gap that brokerages and associations are not willing to fill.
